Prenuptial Agreement

If you and your soon-to-be-spouse or soon-to-be-domestic-partner are at least seven (7) days away from your wedding ceremony, then you both may sign an agreement that affects the division of your property and debts as well as financial support. It is imperative that the agreement advises both parties seek the advise of a lawyer prior to signing, and explicitly states that the party elects not to seek the advise of a lawyer prior to signing the agreement.
